Leased asset selection:

performed by Lessee

Currency of contract:

BYN 

Advance payment:

from 30% to 40% of the contract value of the leased asset with VAT (depending on object of leasing)

Backing:

Pledge, deposit, surety of up to 30% of the contract value of objects of leasing

Redemption price:

1% of the price of the leased asset

Leasing period:

1 – 5 years (depending on object of leasing)

Lease payment cycle:

on a monthly basis

Early debt repayment:

not earlier than a year with possibility of lessor`s profit recalculation on the assumption of actual period of lease
